With first-class services and amenities, this tower is located on the banks of the Suquía River, an area in great development near the centre of Córdoba.

The project includes three residential towers of 23 floors with swimming pool and solarium in the penthouses. 530 m2 on each floor and 46 m high, the towers have two more levels in the basement as car park.

Each building has a central core of concrete. There in the vertical installations and an external perimeter enclosure out of concrete with large glazed panels and some internal columns are placed.

The slabs are flat with some drop beams.

ULMA Solution

All vertical structural parts have an excellent fair-faced concrete finishing.

The walls were built with ENKOFORM V-100, suiting the complexity of the façade with 100 m perimeter of offsets and other complex details. The panels were assembled at the building site. For this, the workers were trained by ULMA.

For the outside perimeter, Climbing Brackets BF-170 were used. And for full workers' safety, the KSP Shaft Platform system was used for lift and staircase shafts.

For the construction of slabs, 0.25 m thick on lower floors with free heights of more than 4.5 m, BTM formwork supported on SP Props and G Shoring was used. The standard 2.55 m high floors were shored with ECO Props.
