Lightweight Configurable Column Formwork LGC is designed for pouring columns with a square or rectangular section, principally for building construction.

Streamlined design makes it cost-effective.

Two distinct panel configurations are available within the range: LGC and LGC IN.

LGC: Joining elements are NOT BUILT-IN to panels.

LGC IN: Joining elements are BUILT-IN to panels and CANNOT BE LOST.

  • Withstands up to: 80 kN/m² of concrete pressure.
  • The shuttering face is in 15 mm phenolic plywood.
  • High-strength steel frame.
  • Tubular rib with housing for attaching accessories.
  • Panel range:
    • Heights: 3 m / 1 m / 0.5 m.
    • Widths: 0.7 m / 0.5 m.

  • Wide range of panels available to pour columns of any dimension and height.
  • Lightweight: the entire range is man-portable and does not require a crane (30 kg/m²).
  • Very quick lateral and vertical panel joints formed with clamp. Maximum column height: 5 m.
  • Can also be used to construct shear walls.
  • Column edges bevelled with chamfer strips that join panels without a need for nails.
