A mixed-use structure developed by Greystar is the new addition to the heart of Nashville. The building is both hotel and residential. The hotel, Fraye, a Curio Collection by Hilton, will have 200 rooms and two suites; it also includes a parking garage, retail space, fitness & business center. The residential part of the structure will have 26 stories. 1812 Broadway location is ideal for visitors and residents to enjoy musical events, museums, fine dining, sports, and art.
