Only five minutes from Downtown, the 282’ height superstructure composed of hotel and residences will be located on a highly populated corner of Broadway. 

The hotel, Fraye, a Curio Collection by Hilton, will span 16 stories, including seven parking levels and 200 rooms, including an entire floor restaurant and bar, pool deck, and a rooftop lounge.

The residential building is planned to have 26 stories with 347 units. The facilities are located right next to Hattie B’s, one of the most sought restaurant venues in the city.

The construction industry continues reshaping Nashville as new construction continues to pop up around the city. 1812 Broadway will be an exquisite offer to visitors and locals. ULMA Solution

ULMA provided MEGAFORM and MEGALITE for the columns. For the climbing systems, Climbing Bracket BMK and Shaft Platform KSP were used. For the shoring on the parking levels, ENKOFLEX was provided for a total of 35.000 SF and 70.000 SF of re-shoring using ULMA’s aluminum lightweight post ALUPROP.

1812 Broadway had specific challenges due to the column layout of the building. ULMA solved this problem by offering different table forms that met the position requirements on every floor. A total of 46 VR-L tables were used in this project that covered a total of 35.000 SF. The recently launched VR-L tables offer fast assembly & stripping; it also improves safety on-site due to the one-time-only assembly of the tables.

The geometry of the building required the adjustment of tables, especially when they were being flown; thanks to the modifications ULMA made to some of them, the flying process was quick and easy using the crane.
