MEGAFRAME is a 10,000 pound per leg (20,000 pound per frame) galvanized steel frame handset shoring system designed to work most efficiently on a great variety of construction projects. There are just a few components in this system which makes it easy to identify parts and increase efficiency.

Shoring frames are connected to each other via cross braces which space the frames at set distances. The coupling pins are used to stack frames together so that nearly any height can be achieved.

Applications:

    • High-shoring heights such as in building lobbies, mechanical floors, and water storage tanks
    • Multiple shoring heights where there are drop beams and column capitals
    • Irregular-shaped areas where grid shoring systems would not be practical

  • Jet Locks to speed assembly. Allows for easy connection and removal of cross braces. Only one hand is needed to attach and secure brace.
  • Braces are color-coded for easy identification.
  • 10,000-pound capacity per frame leg (3 tiers high with total screw leg extension of 24-inches top and bottom using a 2.5 to 1 safety factor.)
  • Two Tie-off plates are located on each frame to promote safety.
