Description
In sunny Jacksonville Florida, lies a water treatment plant facility called JEA Buckman. A facility responsible for treating wastewater including over 3,9000 miles of collection lines and more than 1,300 pumping stations. By undergoing upgrades over the years this facility required important systems ULMA was able to provide on the jobsite. We were able to provide systems such as MEGAFORM, MEGALITE, and MEGAFRAME to bring this facility up to such high levels. Our collaboration with VMG Construction continues to grow as we provide systems needed for projects just as complex as the others.
ULMA Solution
By incorporating our MEGAFORM systems we were able to have columns reach tall heights up to 26ft with no ties. This exhibits how a strong our heavy-duty panel can sustain the amount of concrete and allow the stripping process to be much more seamless. We also utilized our MEGALITE to play a role for the beams, a lightweight handset panel that allowed the process much easier to save time and a lot of material. Having no floors in between each level, provided a great example of this equipment's strength of our MEGAFRAME. This allows each leg to have the ability to be adjustable, providing fewer components, and supporting 10,000-pound per frame leg. ULMA is proud to be a part of this collaboration to provide the best solution with our systems in place for the best overall finished outcome.
