An apartment complex featuring 253-bedroom apartment homes, all filled with modern amenities to enhance every resident’s experience while living near in the city area. This 14-story building includes 3 floors of residential units and five levels of structured parking, creating a total it 200,000sqft of concrete total. ULMA was proud to be a part of this project on high quality shoring systems like our ALUPROP, H20 Beams, MEGAFRAME and Aluminum Stringers. Right alongside Concrete Systems Inc. our team was able to deliver more than just our equipment but efficient customer service, making the overall ULMA experience more worthwhile.

 

ULMA Solution

Modera Fort Lee is a new classic apartment building that utilizes our shoring systems to maximize stability and enhance concrete performance throughout the process. By using our ALUPROP, this high-load-bearing capacity shoring post provides versatile elevation; a solution that’s easily adjustable to any kind of project. When paired with our H20 Beams, it’s a lightweight, heavy duty and fitted wooden material with plastic caps to protect them against impact and moisture, the right equipment for high floors. The MEGAFRAME system is a galvanized steel frame handset designed to establish each floor levels height. A great combination of systems to provide the best shoring need possible for this new up and coming apartment building.
