Located near Lake Norman, North Carolina lies an upcoming multifamily apartment complex. Amenities and activities placed throughout the community enhances the waterfront living and captures the feeling of being permanently on vacation. From studio apartments to two bedrooms apartment available, with a maximum 1,190 sq.ft per room is t a 2,500 feet of lakeshore frontage right alongside the building with many modern finishes to elevate the overall living experience. ULMA is proud to provide our well-known systems such as our MEGALITE and CC4 to support the development of this new apartment complex.

ULMA Solution

On the jobsite, we were honored to present our CC4. A light, safe panelized slab formwork with high productivity and excellent concrete finish. Being one of the first projects working alongside JC Building Inc, we received great feedback of the overall performance for the elevated decks. In combination with our MEGALITE system, it was used for the walls and columns, a lightweight, medium duty handset system designed to be long lasting, versatile, have a quick and easy clamp connections and much more. From beginning to end our team paid close attention to the overall development of this project to assist in any way our customers in the process of problem solving. ULMA hopes to continue this partnership and allow more collaborations to form in the next years.
