ULMA Solution
This water treatment plant had an array of our MEGALITE systems onsite; a lightweight versatile system that contains 6 solutions all in one. In this project, it was utilized for varies chlorine contact chamber that required a system to withstand pour sequences allowing it to be easily built and carried. This permits it to be divided into different time frames; allowing the MEGALITE to be seen for its ease of assemble and finish structure. Our MK 20 FORM Circular system was also used in creating water tanks that holds approximately 730,000 gallons. This requires a forming system that has the capacity to enhance the stability of the structure that only our systems can provide. Each panel consists of horizontal steel walers, vertical aluminum stringers and plywood form face. The combination of both systems is an example of the solutions we are able to provide our customers based on their project, their timeline, and overall needs.
