The Highgarden Tower, New Rochelle

The Highgarden Tower at 11 Garden Street is an affordable residential project in New Rochelle, New York. The 19-story tower spans 219 units and over 140 parking spaces. The residential building is 100% affordable and includes a private playground and a Learning Center. Located in Downtown New Rochelle, this development is close to a diverse selection of restaurants, entertainment, parks, recreation centers, and art studios.

ULMA provided forming, shoring, and climbing solutions for the erection of 11 Garden. About 294,000 sq. ft. of FORMADECK and 6,000 sq. ft. of ENKOFLEX were provided for the shoring of the slabs, along with aluminum props ALUPROPS for re-shoring. The perimeter of the building was protected with ULMA’s HWS Safety Perimeter Screens, which can be lifted with a hydraulic unit or crane.
