Small but Complex Mansion in Florida

Description

Located in Tampa Bay, Florida lies a small but modern mansion. A 3-level home with a rooftop includes a view of the bay right in the backyard and luxury amenities with just 9,000 sqft. Although this building is small compared to other projects we’re involved with, ULMA is always proud to showcase the ones that don’t look upscale on the outside but are filled with many complex structures on the inside. Our engineering team was involved in creating solutions for the inside structure. 

ULMA Solution

Torneck Residences in Tampa Bay is filled with 800 yards of concrete in the whole building and 300 concrete in the footer. By introducing our popular MEGAFRAME system on this project we were able to surround each floor with them to have a maximum 360-degree support. The complexity not only came from meeting deadlines for on time equipment delivery but how to utilize this primary system as the glue to hold this mansion together. With Hooper's Concrete & Block, LLC, we were able to create a partnership that will not last but also a way to create solutions by being there for our customers, anytime, anywhere.
