Miami Hotel & Apartment by the Ocean

In Miami Beach, Florida, a new luxury beachfront complex building under development right by the ocean that is filled with modern amenities. Consisting of two white 16-story towers; the first one being a historic hotel that is being repurposed as a new one and the second one being a brand new 221-feet tower. Both building include an array of perks such as a private beach club, oceanfront swimming pool, world-class spa, state-of-the-art fitness center, yoga pavilion, fine dining restaurant, 24-hour concierge and valet service. With ULMA, we were able to provide different systems to bring this jobsite to life with reliable and steady equipment.

On this jobsite we provided systems such as the MEGAFORM, STRIPPING CORNER MAX, MEGALITE, ALUPROP shoring tower, and FORMADECK. With these systems, we were able to exceed 45 feet in height, a design able to support an impressive 60-inch-thick concrete slab. By allowing this project to meet deadlines throughout every stage we allowed systems like our ALUPROP shoring tower to provide an easy-to-use adjustable elevation post shore for each floor to bring in more of the modern high ceiling structure. By combing our MEGAFORM panel a heavy-duty panel used to support maximum amount of weight for level and very compatible with our STRIPPING CORNER MAX for an easy take down process on a tight structure. Our MEGALITE panels, are a lightweight easy to use system that can utilized in six varies solution which includes one-sided forming walls that is in a tight space. Especial with a FORMDECK systems being another easy-to-use equipment with a quick drop head mechanism that minimizes hazard of falling plywood during stripping.
