MEGALITE is a modular wall formwork in imperial measurements. The system is ideal for forming foundation walls, shear walls, or any single- or double-sided wall. 

Panels can be angled from 75 – 180 degrees with hinged corners on the inside and outside of the wall.

Safety is also an essential feature of the MEGALITE. Walkway brackets and pipe braces are easily attached to the panels.

Compatibility with Steel-Ply

The MEGALITE system has lateral holes in all panels and fillers, making it possible to wedge bolt together with Steel-Ply panels and accessories.

MEGALITE’s lightweight design perfectly fits column forming that need to be handset.

Using a single panel, columns can range in width from 6” to 27” and can be adjusted in 1” increments.

By combining standard panels with universal panels, larger columns can be formed.

MEGALITE panels can be ganged on-site and set using a crane. Panel forming using clamps saves time since it is possible to set up and strip quickly and easily using only a hammer.

Gangs can be assembled in 6” increments by combining different panel widths.

ALUPROP Forming Single-sided Handset Formwork is specially designed for one-sided forming conditions that don’t have access to a crane. The system is ideal for obstructed areas in tight locations.

All the components can be easily moved and placed by hand. The system supports heights from 8’ to 16’.

The Parking Garage Shoring System GARAGE BEAM SYSTEM uses MEGALITE Panels for the beam forms and high-strength GB panel corners. The phenolic plywood face on the MEGALITE panels provides excellent concrete finishes.

Concrete beams of various sizes and depths can be achieved using MEGALITE panels and accessories. No ties are required.

Higher heights are available with stacked gangs assembled with MEGALITE panels. The system can be easily adjusted to different radiuses and wall thicknesses in the field.
