Description
Construction of the residential complexes Pearl is currently underway in the most parts of Odessa. There are 28 buildings, which are unique for the city itself as well as for entire Ukraine. Most of them have already been put in commission, the other buildings are still under construction.
The uniqueness of the Pearl is its particular location, an exclusive project, high performance and developed internal and external infrastructure (a private park with fountains, fitness clubs, restaurants, parking lots, landscape green areas).
Employees of ULMA Formwork Ukraine provided technical support for optimal solution developed for these projects.

ULMA Solution
The projects of residential complexes "Pearl" were designed with PRIMO systems, ENKOFLEX formwork supported on T-60 Shoring System and ALUPROP props.
